The Challenge 

A healthcare provider faced a sudden and disruptive staffing shortage across two of their busiest clinic locations. They experienced a high turnover among both Medical Assistants and Medical Schedulers, and on top of that, two Medical Assistants were out on extended medical leave. This combination created significant strain on clinic operations, threatening patient care continuity and the overall patient experience. 

The Solution 

We stepped in with urgency, leveraging our recruiting expertise and candidate pipeline to quickly stabilize the workforce. Within just two days, we placed five Medical Assistants and three Medical Schedulers across the provider’s busiest clinic locations. Our solution focused on delivering a rapid staffing response to minimize operational disruption. We aligned role-specific expertise so schedulers could immediately support patient flow while Medical Assistants filled clinical gaps. We also ensured seamless integration into the provider’s existing teams to reduce onboarding and training delays. 

The Results 

Clinic flow was restored, allowing patients to be seen without interruption, and the reduced strain on existing staff helped prevent burnout and maintain morale. In addition, the client developed a future-focused staffing strategy, planning to hire three Medical Assistants and three Medical Schedulers permanently from the placements we provided.
