LaTasha J.

After taking some time to recover from Hurricane Harvey, we have returned to shine the light on our employees once again. This month, we honor Appeals Coordinator, LaTasha. Proud mother of two and a hairstylist in her free time, LaTasha is a top performer in her department. She has a great rapport with her peers and the appeals nursing staff, and she goes above and beyond to meet deadlines and exceed expectations. When asked about her performance, her manager said, “LaTasha always does everything requested of her in a timely manner and with a great attitude. Her positive attitude, strong work ethic and tenacity have made her a valuable asset to the department.”

When we informed LaTasha that she was Team1Medical Employee of the Month for November, we sent her a few interview questions. Here’s what she had to say.
